What it is
The Scorecard translates the leading healthcare laundry standards — HLAC, TRSA Hygienically Clean, and Hohenstein — together with CDC guidance and Joint Commission expectations into a single, plain-language checklist you can actually work through during a walk-through. Each item is tagged by the authority behind it — an enforceable AHJ requirement, a CDC best practice, or a voluntary certification criterion — so you always know what is a must versus a should.

how to use it
1. Open the link in any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or phone.

3. Walk the operation and score each item Yes / Partial / No / N/A, adding notes and evidence as you go.
4. Check the Heatmap tab to see which domains are strong and which need attention.
5. Use the JC Tracer Prep tab to rehearse the surveyor walkthrough.
6. Print to PDF or copy the summary before closing — the tool stores nothing on a server, so each session’s data lives only in that browser tab.
